Sampa - Buenos Aires

I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I like to eat and try new foods. The tickets we ate are a mix of intense but very rich flavors, the harvette faina with eggplant topping is a party and the pacones, ask them. Then the grills, the antique portobellos and the gyrgolas with the puré of beans are a 10 in textures and flavors. The dessert Fruit Chocolate took the prize of the night. Eating in this restaurant was a great experience. The place is very nice, soft music, you can choose between eating in the bar or in the living room. The food was impeccable, you can't leave without trying the fungi they make. We ate the stuffed portobelles and have an amazing taste. With regard to service, the girls were very attentive at all times, and the best thing is that they serve you water all the time. No doubt I recommend 100

The experience in Sampa since we arrived until we left was great!! We sit in the bar, super-smoothed atmosphere and super-smooth girls, not only to serve you but to suggest the dishes. We ordered the salaoumi cheese with purple onion and mango that was exquisite, the harvejas fainá with the mushroom paté a spectacular combination of flavors and the lion jelly that is an amazing fungus! Everything was super rich and came out very fast. We would come with vermut! I would come back to try the rest of the dishes, as they all look amazing! Super recommended not only for vegetarians or vegans but also to bring someone who eats meat and is not used to those flavors!

Amazing everything. Spectacular food, tasty and quality care. To start we order the plain cheese and the cassava cake. The cheese was very rich, but the cake stole our heart. Then we opt for a portion of Gyrgolas on the grill that led the experience to another level. The taste and texture was equal to that of meat. The spectacular truth all and above Veggie!!! Color data, in the menu mention which dishes have gluten. Something to improve would be to see if there is any way to lower the ambient noise, there was a lot of hustle and we got a little stunned. Still, with or without noise, we'll come back because food and attention are worth it. It's a thousand!!!
