(or so similar, dressed on pretty red and black lenses with small colorful fresh vegetables in a crimped sauce. to this filet from the organic oranges. as a supplement on the teller there were grayish risotto, gray I never really liked, but the risotto was with colorful little sweet cubes and parmesan a great variety of the day I like gray. Both dishes were excellent. when the little guß came out of the kitchen, we were very amazed, visually was a great variation, see photo. jakobsmuschel stripe under kartoffel, roasted. has certainly taken one for expert. fresh leaf spinach foam with sage. artfully served on the pretty dish. where I want to draw the attention to beautiful cutlery and cheerful. service 5 stars, eat (if I could have 7 5 stars, price 5 stars and environment as well as cleanliness 5 stars. here we will certainly come back so often.

Cauliflower, huge. delicious with good cauliflower sauce. in cream-white cabbage with pork, sweet potato, really great. flower cabbage for 14,90€. also for 14,90€ and wein by wittmann. very recommended, more so.
Tasty pink fried small fish 12 pieces from the North Sea for 9,90€. there was brot and aioli. very recommended.
The following 5 star ratings I have just delivered about them in the worldwide evaluation forum yelp: my friend and I have eaten on June 19, 2014 in the barkasse büsumer krabbenstube, because we have read on the internet that this is the best restaurant büsums, if not North Germany. we had huge salmon fillet and agricultural breakfast. they told us that the strongest günther ahr was unfortunately out of the house today; he cooks the son. I can only say: we are early sixties, have traveled the world in detail, more than we were in love and visited the best restaurants everywhere, but nowhere on the world, we have not tasted so crispy, at the same time juicy, incredibly tasty, cautious and sober salted and finely spiced, the same applies to the odorless for us this is not only the North Germany, but the best.
