You certainly know the sausages are a German institution. Almost every town has its own version, recipe, serving versions, etc. Also, quite typically its a place like this one: simple and clean where you pick up your wurst and eat standing or walking to whatever next you are doing.A few things made this place special for me and my girlfriend.1- the guy "flipping" the wurst was very very friendly, miles from the usual grumpy service. The Mann seems to enjoy everyone that comes in. Slow speaker like many in Northern Germany, and this is a compliment!! 2- Best Currywurst I had in Germany. And I've bee around. Had the famous ones in Berlin, but this was the best.3- A Lambwurst I had never had, spicy juicy, fantastisch.4-Of course Beer too.Try it. enjoy it.BTW, the Currywurst was not befouled with with Ketchup. Instead a very good locally made tomato gravy/sauce. Thumbs up!!
