Perini Ranch Steakhouse - BUFFALO GAP

We drove 30 minutes from abilene to buffalo gap and tried the infamous perini ranch steak. - It's all right. it was amazing. Perini's prices are high, but it's worth it. we had a quail about $15) as an appetizer. both our dishes were delicious and cooked to perfect $98 for both). the meat was fresh, and our waiter has made a fantastic job. I would recommend perini very friends and family.

Platz was great! I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. my friends had the steak and loved it. the Jalapeño bites were very good and they get a good part. the prices were very fair. I recommend 100

That's by far the best steakhouse I've ever had. Maybe a little crazy to go to a steak house and order a burger, but it was the most amazing thing I ever had. we had a reservation of 5 o'clock and the place was already full and busy with energy at the moment we went. we had a short waiting time on the back terrace, which was absolutely beautiful. it is hot in Texas in juni, but it was shady and not bad at all. we sat in the main restaurant and had a very attentive waitress. everything was delicious and worth every penny!

Our table had a really beautiful view. parking was plentiful. I've got the watchberry, it was delicious. the strawberry shortcake was recommended by the server, but I did not love it. we also have the brotpudding to go and that was delish. the cowboy potatoes and sparing were on the spot! almost tried to get a Vegi plate when back. the ranch is delishious, they should sell it in larger quantities! in my opinion, the prices are somewhat steeper than they must be, but if they want, they will pay for it. I didn't care about the rips, just because I felt ruined, that the sauce was needed and I prefer not to. but they were surprisingly cooked, super delicate and juicy. the service was great! it kept our drinks filled, enlivened table and had a great setting. if I have to get a petpeeve if they ask me if I want something, they'll tell me if it'll cost me. I don't like surprises on my bill. will always be when we visit the flee market.
