Axel's Bistro Cafe - Buffalo Grove

One of the BEST breakfast places around. Jennifer, the owner, is amazing and treats her customers like family. Will keep coming back to this spot!

Had a breakfast date here and got the chicken and waffle, hubby got the protein skillet and we both got hot chocolate. It was so good! J was our server and she was so sweet. She even reheated out hot coco and put more whipp cream and sprinkles on top! The Cafe is women owned and super cute and nice!

Axel's Bistro Cafe is a gem! -The food is delicious, but even more, it is presented so beautifully and attentively. The fruit plate was gorgeous and the avocado toast with salmon was heavenly. The staff is great and we are always warmly welcomed. Jennifer is so accommodating and Tony (I think that was his name) was a great server ! We plan to visit Axel's often!

We enjoyed a birthday brunch here Tony was superb in his attention and made sure the birthday person felt extra special. The food is amazing the lemon blueberry flapjacks are just the right balance between tart and sweet, and the salmon platter is delicious. Their skillets are hearty. Jenny the owner came and said thank you for coming. The facilities are clean and welcoming. We wholly recommend this as your go to breakfast place.

Wonderful service from the owner Jennifer and server Tony. The inside decor and ambiance are beautiful and the food was great as well. I ordered the Benedict Benny South of the Border style and a Kids Big Breakfast. Portions sizes were large for the price and quality, taste was delicious. I will most definitely be back!! My fave breakfast spot by far.
