Tavern 45 - Buffalo Grove

This restaurant is perfect for hosting parties. The bowling alley is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The arcade is also very entertaining, and the staff are all amazing. Overall, it's a great place to visit.

We had a great time at the restaurant on a Tuesday with a group of 8, so we decided to come back for my birthday with the same size group. However, the owners really need to update their guidelines. There was a noisy event with a PA system that was distracting and went on for too long. We had to listen to numbers being read out for twenty minutes, making our bowling experience unpleasant. I don't blame the staff, but the managers and owners should be more considerate when hosting events. It was a waste of money and left us feeling disappointed. Additionally, seating a party of 8 next to another party of 8 was not ideal as there wasn't enough room for everyone. Overall, our experience was disappointing and I hope the owners make improvements in the future.

This restaurant has definitely improved since our last visit, with a beautifully rebuilt interior and new games available.

Would give this place a zero star if possible. The service is terrible. Nobody cares. Our track had several problems with bullets, not resetting pins. It took over 20 minutes to fix it. In addition, their prices are ridiculous...not worth it. Go to Arlington shops or anywhere, but Bowlero.

The lady at front desk was not well--trained. I asked her to check the credits on the card. It had 10 credits and she told me it only had 0 credits. I asked her to check again. She was very rude and gave me a weird look. She re-directed me to the manager, and the manager told me I had credits on my card. It was a very unpleasant experience.
