Caribou Coffee - Buffalo Lake

It takes a lot for me to voice a complaint, but this experience was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my drink didn’t look right, but they disagreed with me. If you're going to serve nitro in this manner, please consider charging for half cups instead. I would also like a refund for my dollar and change tip. Thanks for ruining my day, Caribou.

I used to really enjoy this location and didn't mind the wait because it was worth it. However, the rude service in the drive-thru has become an issue. I always make it a point to say thank you and even tip because I know they work hard. Unfortunately, the man at the drive-thru never acknowledges me with a thank you; he's rude every time. At least I receive a thank you when I visit Starbucks.

We arrived just two minutes before closing last night, and I understand that it's not ideal to impose on staff at the end of their shift. We only intended to grab one cup of coffee and leave—it should have taken just three minutes, and we would have tipped for the service. However, instead of receiving our coffee or being treated with courtesy, the person behind the counter lied to me. She claimed it was already past closing time, even though we both looked at the clock together. While I'm okay with not getting coffee given how close it was to closing, the attitude was unnecessary, especially since I left without any coffee at all.

Well i gave them a second chance to make my drinks right, i was there a few weeks ago and my drinks were terrible. Now they did replace them but the new ones weren't good. The coffee was really bitter and the vanilla white mocha was not right. I feel terrible about this review because i absolutely love caribou!!

Very busy but still very quick. With a line out the door and a drive through line spilling out onto the street, we still got our stuff within 5 minutes of ordering which is extremely impressive, especially considering the wonderful quality Food and beverage was delicious, probably some of the best I've ever had from these companies The building was clean and well stocked and nice Workers were friendly 10/10 would recommend
