Feedback gevenHad a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Despite the current shortage of staff in the industry, they still provided excellent service. The only issue we encountered was that my mother-in-law received gravy instead of the steak she ordered.
The restaurant has delicious food, but the service is incredibly slow. It takes forever for them to come to your table or take your order. However, the staff are friendly and helpful.
There was no wait, but the later you go the fewer servers there is. Staff is a small problem, but for two waiters who coughed them and maintained with orders beautifully
Very good food, and I go to Applebee 's a lot, but PLEASE if there are two, or more, people in the party, please give each person their own menu! Covid is no longer in the worst stages, and many people do not want to scan the QR code for the menu. Don 't cheap out on the menus. Give each customer a menu. I eat out several times a week at many different restaurants, and Applebee 's is the only restaurant I 've been to that still does this. People shouldn 't need to share one menu, or read it off their phone. It 's annoying. I always ask for another menu, and if I don 't get it, I 'll just leave and take my business elsewhere.
I always love this place.
