Burger King - Buffalo

I've been a loyal Burger King customer for 40 years, but my recent experience at the location on Transit Road in Williamsville (5345) was quite disappointing. The manager there was extremely rude. On August 9, I went in for breakfast and encountered the most unpleasant service I've ever experienced at a Burger King. While I was waiting to place my order, she rounded the corner and muttered, "Jesus Christ," displaying a negative attitude when I presented my coupon. I ultimately decided to leave, and she said, "Good. Didn't want your business anyway." It's safe to say that I won't be returning to this location. I've tried calling corporate ten times without any response. I also noticed in the reviews that the manager's name is Wendy, described as heavyset. If that's true, upper management should definitely look into her behavior.

It's alright. Burger King consistently delivers good food. My meals are always served hot, and my orders are accurate. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. It's a great option for a quick lunch, and the prices are more reasonable than McDonald's.

I didn't have any problems during my visit. Although the staff is short-handed, which can lead to slower service, the overall atmosphere was friendly and pleasant.

This is/was the worst chicken sandwich ive ever had

The service is poor when the heavy set girl takes the order her and the heavy set guy who make the food don't wear gloves so I wouldn't recommend it but when the older ladies work they are more thorough and they serve way better.
