Feedback gevenOn the other evening with the family, went one and all the chairs were on the tables. juvenile sat on the tables, there was müll on the floor and on other tables. register to a sanitizer donator inside the door and say there is no person order, just pick up online. we turned around and went somewhere else. we wanted to go to this restaurant, but I see it turned into a müllort. will never return.
They have a QR code sign on the door spruche due to kovid and personaling problems use online order and only pick up. after attempting to use this method, it needed a credit card to stop any other possibility of payment. 15 minutes later I decide to go and ask (gift card,) just to see at least 10 people inside and others get their orders just like ordinary walk-ins. when the sign is old, they take it down. oh and if kovid was in the did and it was strictly just picking up, that would have been a great time to clean the place. it's pretty rough. I try to stay out there, but mama likes the style of food and brother buys gift cards for them.
That is always the worst chip experience you can ever have. they are constantly out of ingredients (sometimes almost all) and the staff is sloppy and rude. tonight I couldn't get salat, maissalsa, paprika and black beans on my burrito. the bowl of my wife consisted only of barbacoa and cheese. What's going on?
The place is downhill. no ingredients. only order online. müll is stacking. sometimes not fast. line would help backup and not move for a few minutes to a point 3 employees would help. Just go to the firehouse next door if you want to dive. something is at this place, very likely the management is on.
This chipotle location is absolute garbage. There is a 1/100 chance that you ever get anything you want without any problems. The staff are extremely unfriendly, immature, and disgusting. They simply do not care about cleaning up after themselves as they prepare your food in front of you. Rice in the beans, chicken in the steak, etc. along with the counters being disgusting and never wiped off. Horrible customer service skills. The only one that even remotely smiled was the girl working the register. They were out of guacamole, didn’t find out without asking at the end of making my bowl (guac is literally the main reason why I even go to chipotle). When I told the girl what kind of salsa I wanted she started to talk over me and then asked “pico and what else?” Well miss, if you didn’t talk over me you’d know was gonna get queso and chips but seriously didn’t want to spend any more money here than I had to. I won’t be back for a while or at least until they clean their act up here (literally). Someone needs to come into this store and give the staff a swift kick in the you know what and show some professionalism. Being in the service industry myself I just am in shock that this place stays in business with the way the restaurant is held. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant but come on?
