Receipts don 't print at the pump, then the extremely friendly cashier barks at me telling me it 's going to take a couple of minutes for the receipt to get from the pump to her register. This is 2024, time to fix these things with all of the money this place makes!

Zack is one of the very best employees. I look for him when it comes to drying my car and never dissatisfied. I'm sooo disappointed when he's not working. He takes his time and makes sure my car is throughly dry. His attitude is outstanding. Always cheerful and polite. Dome of the workers half dry my car so I have water spots and have to dry again at home, but not Zack. Bravo Zack for a job exceptionally done, well appreciated!

Great service! Car always comes out clean. Tires always look great! And enjoy cleaning my car at their larger locations! Wish I would have signed up long ago! Either Delta Sonic management entirely isn’t making this a priority going through a car wash during bug season or the employees are just lazy and tired or under paid… either way, I shouldn’t have to roll my window down and complain or ask them to spray the front of my car thoroughly. I mean the price keeps going up but the quality of service is not.

The dude with the elbow tattoos needs to learn a lesson on customer service. I know he’s high up here like a manager or something but with the way he acts I have no idea how he got that far. All the other employees always go above and beyond and are so kind so it’s sad to see this guy acting like that.
