Hartman's Distilling Co. - Buffalo

Let me first say, the drinks, food and service was awesome. So, why one star? It’s simply the cost of the food to portion size. I’ve been many places with a 14$ skillets that has a potion size to feed an adult and is still very good. My tab here for 3 to eat and a few drinks was 99.36. I’m still very hungry. That kind of money and a rumbling stomach severely upsets me. The time to get food from the kitchen is absolutely ridiculous !!! I will say the tiny portion of food, once it came out was good. It’s not worth it for me to ever return. I’m very honest with my reviews. That way people reading this, know what to expect.

This place used to be somewhat classy, now it has devolved into Chippewa 2.0. Horrible bar staff, horrible management, complete trash. Don’t go there if you’re over 21 and looking to be respected. Management needs to get some training in place, what a disaster.

First time here was for Father's day (first round for Dads was on the house . Very comfortable atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food and drinks! The bagel with smoked salmon was delicious (capers were a nice addition! , And my dad's breakfast sandwich was both delicious and very well priced!Nice location by the the waterfront

Awesome space and location. Love to see it so successful! Having moved out of town, I enjoyed Loganberry cocktail options. Giving a three because the bartenders were rather condescending to multiple people in my party.

A really nice place. The burger was fine, a little too sweet with the bacon jam. And I felt like the tator tots could have been cooked a little longer. But the drinks were delicious
