I'm giving the Pub 4 stars because I can't hold them accountable for the incompetent box office guy or the woman at the street entrance to the Pub who sent me back and forth around the corner between the two of them 4 times. I'm also not holding the Pub responsible for her being too quick to turn me away assuming my husband and I were showing up randomly without already having paid for the Easter Day package, and only realized her assumption was wrong because I asked about a refund for the buffet. And thank goodness I did because although I thought it was absolutely ridiculous to turn someone away who had already prepaid (shouldn't prepayment guarantee you a spot?? , if they're full, they're full. She really should ask better questions though. Once we finally gained admission our server took our drink order right away. She explained that the buffet came with one drink per person but the bottomless mimosas were an extra charge so my husband had a domestic bottle of beer and I had a **** Mary. We made our way over to the buffet and the food was very appealing. The only thing that wasn't very good were the pierogis. Somewhat dried out and definitely too chewy. But sour cream helped out a bit and the quality of everything else made up for it and more. The blintzes were great. The sausages were juicy and not dried out. The ham and turkey were wonderful as well. The potatoes were perfect. And the carver was generous. The exceptional quality of the food went a long way in making up for the royal PITA it was getting there. At the end of the meal he had another bottle of beer and I had a cup of coffee, which we received a bill for but I was glad because I was able to add a tip on my card, and I'd forgotten to bring cash with me so I happily added it since the server was very nice and very helpful and none of what had happened was her fault in the least. Thank goodness the food and service inside the actual restaurant were very good. Because by the time we finally made it into the elevator and were on our way upstairs to the restaurant we were 100% convinced we would never be coming back. Ever. After the great food and fun baseball game afterward, we are only 50% sure.
This place has such a great vibe and what's cool is you can get a table overlooking the ballpark From Monday thru Saturday they have a dinner buffet and on Sundays it's a brunch buffet. They have so much to choose from with a salad bar, chicken, chicken wings, different pasta dishes, potatoes, and corn. With the brunch they have eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes ,blitzes and a dessert station with so many yummy cakes, pies and cheesecakes.I tried both buffets and they were incredible.

So many options including pork, turkey, pasta dishes, potatoes, corn ,rolls and a salad bar.The bruch has pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, blitzes and an amazing dessert area with cheesecake, pies, cakes and lemon squares that are so delish.
I made a reservation at Pettibones, and maybe I've been living under a rock or something, but this is now its replacement. Great location right in the baseball stadium. I loved that you can sit right by the windows .... or on the deck overlooking the baseball field! The service is friendly, but scattered. There's a great beer and cocktail list. The only food, however, is a buffet. For $20 we had unlimited food that could have been wheeled over from a hospital cafeteria: pasta salad drowning in Italian dressing, boiled potatoes with parsley, broccoli with cheese sauce, penne with butter, sliced ham, broiled fish, and sliced roast beef with miniature kimmelweck rolls. The only thing that kept me from feeling as though I was dining in a sanatarium was the absence of jello with whipped topping. Do yourself a favor: come for the Bison's game and the beer... stay away from the food.
We were here for a hockey tournament and the tournament provided lunch here. The food was meh. Honestly the burgers were weird and most of the hockey crew stayed away from them. That's saying a lot when a bunch of teenagers don't want to eat burgers. The salad and wings were tasty. It must be nice when a ball game is going on
