Luxor Steak Lobster - Buffalo

To top it off, our table still had crumbs from the previous diners, and we had to request clean tablecloths. We waited around 45 minutes for our drinks, despite being close to the bar. When we received our menus, we noticed that each one had different prices for the same items, which was confusing. Our food order took an astounding 2 hours and 35 minutes to arrive, as the kitchen seemed to prioritize other tables ahead of us. We had ordered seven Porterhouse steaks and six lobster tails at $70 each. Unfortunately, all the steaks were overcooked and did not meet our requests for medium or medium well. My steak was labeled as medium, yet I found it difficult to cut with a knife. The lobster tails were small, under-seasoned, rubbery, and overcooked from sitting too long under the warmer. For better quality lobster tails, you can find larger, well-seasoned alternatives at Wegmans for about $13. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for what should have been a special celebration.

This is not a steakhouse. The service was terrible and our table was wobbly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience—definitely the worst birthday dinner I've ever had.

OMG! This was one of the best places I've ever! Eaten. Food was 10 out of 10 . We will definitely be going back and taking family and friends with us had the lamb chops, great!!!! Lobster mac and cheese, wonderful, you have to go!!!

I visited this restaurant on New Year’s Eve but did not eat there. The drinks were extremely overpriced, and the service was lacking. The bartenders seemed to be drunk and spent most of their time at one end of the bar. As for the atmosphere, it felt more like a club than a fine dining experience, which didn’t match the high prices on the menu. Overall, it didn’t provide the luxurious vibe that I expected. Based on other reviews, I think there's significant room for improvement.

Why would anyone go here? Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Ownership is terrible.
