New Peking uit Buffalo Menukaart

The chicken here is always crispy and never gummy like at most Chinese restaurants. The egg rolls are excellent too. This is definitely the best place in Buffalo by far!

The quality of the food has really declined. It lacks flavor when it shouldn't. The chicken always tastes like fish, which suggests they either only use fish or fail to clean the woks properly when switching between meats. Overall, the food is quite disappointing.
