I can't express how delighted I am with your service! When I initially called, it was because I had visited your café last month and was disappointed to find it closed. The number I called that day was out of service. Taking a chance, I called again the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Peter, who assured me that you are still open for business! He even went the extra mile to check my zip code and informed me that if I placed my order before 3 PM, I could have it delivered the next day, as I live 1.5 hours southeast. I didn't hesitate for a moment! Sure enough, the very next morning—less than 24 hours after placing my order—my package arrived! ON CHRISTMAS EVE! I was absolutely blown away! You made a 90-year-old British gentleman (originally from Hull, a retired math and physical education teacher) incredibly happy! The only thing he had requested was a few pork pies from the English shop you found in Buffalo years ago. This was the reason for my road trip that day! He was heartbroken when I told him your little shop was closed. I only wish you could have seen his face on Christmas Day when he opened his surprise package! Then you would truly understand the impact of the service you provide. It brought tears to his eyes and made Christmas extra special for both of us! He has already polished off the medium box of treats and thinks he’s already in heaven! I've just placed a large order yesterday! YOUR FOOD IS EXCELLENT, just as I remember from when I lived across the pond! It's fresh, well-packaged, and absolutely delicious! I just received my first order, and I was initially confused about the shipping costs. However, they now offer free shipping from coast to coast! Yesterday, I made the fish and chips, and there were plenty of chips. Both the fish and the chips turned out almost as good as what I used to get from my old "chippy" back home. It would have been perfect if I had some real newspaper to wrap it in! Today, I prepared the steak and kidney pie using the leftover chips. I followed the cooking instructions provided and ended up with a fantastic meal. It could have been even better if I had ordered mushy peas instead of using my own garden peas. I will definitely be ordering more once I make my sausages for toad in the hole, and I can't wait for the fish and chips to be available again!

We have enjoyed everything at Parkers. The fish and chips are the closest we've found to what we had in England while in the US. The pasties, pork pies, sausages, chips, and bacon have all been delightful. Thank you for offering such fantastic British cuisine!

Very good food! Website is very easy to use and prices are decent. Only issue is their pickup system. Upon arrival you must call their customer service line which is often busy and hangs up on you after 30 seconds. I waited outside the place for 20+ minutes and made just as many calls in that time, trying to reach someone. Otherwise a great place for British food!

If you need Brit food. You gotta go to this company. Just finished a pork pie. Dead on what I used to eat as a kid in Coventry England. Steak and kidney pies are to die for. If you stop by their store you can have the REAL experience of fish and chips made on equipment imported from England
