Super friendly staff, good atmosphere and they had some fun aromas of pierogis! I would not go if they were looking for traditional and authentic pierogis, but it is a hip restaurant with a modern take on a classic. my favorite was the kartoffel ricotta

Fantastic eating with even better service! I never had a bad meal here and I tried everything on the menu at this point. I stole my wife and friends here and they loved it too.

I came past this place several times because I thought it was a large-scale distribution. then a friend from Canada pointed out that it was a restaurant. it was smaller than I expected, but amazing. they order at the counter, and the waiting staff supplies the food to their table when it is ready. they go to the bar for drinks and refills. the bar has 12 rotating local brewing and lemons. I was happy with the creative variety of menu items. I had the chicken wing pierogi, fried and served with bleu cheese, hot sauce, celery, carrots and fryed $11.) my friend had the pulled pork pierogi, looked and served with BBQ sauce, fenced apples and cuts, and served with coleslaw $11.) a third friend had served the true bologna, fried the owner, ru, stopped at our table and told us that they were open since October and told us about the food and the history of the building. apparently they have filled in sassafras in days. this is the best new place in the buffalo area I was recently, and shows that the development at the waterfront slowly crawl down the niagara street, with Ru’s pierogi at resurgence brewing company crescendo lofts straight on the road.

The best pierogis in Buffalo, and possibly the world. The rustic parm sandwich was delicious with a hint of spice. The side salad was incredibly fresh and the perfect complement to the sandwich. The apple dessert pierogis with ice cream and caramel drizzle were also fantastic. However, what really made the experience for me was the bartender Andrew, who was very knowledgeable about the business and provided exceptional service. I will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Visiting from AZ to watch my Pat's play the Bills, this place was SO good! Had the Half Ruler Brat and fries and I couldmt have been more pleased with my lunch.
