Sato Brewpub - Buffalo

Made reservations but when we got there it wasn't full. We were greeted and seated write away. The restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere. Food came out in a timely manor. Ramen was great, sushi and sticky bun was okay. Would love to try more items on the menu.

Ordered takeout (steamed bun, eel and avocado roll, and “sato” ramen). Employee who greeted me upon arrival was cold and uninviting. When I arrived back at my place and opened the bag, found no chopsticks in the bag (a minor inconvenience), but also found that I had been given a shrimp tempura roll, not the eel roll that was ordered (potentially dangerous for anyone with a crustacean allergy), and the ramen was missing its egg. Probably my favorite restaurant in all of Buffalo. A favorite period. Simply can't go wrong. The drinks accompany the food well and the food always hits.

Friendly servers and great food you can eat light there of you want, or indulge.

Absolutely delicious food. Loved the takoyaki we ordered 3 different types of Ramen and they were all amazing. Nice and pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. Order everything and share.
