Feedback geven3 out of the last 5 orders have been incorrect. Quick but order is usually wrong. Probably the last time I'll go to this location.
Make coffee with the wrong flavoring all the time. This time they blew a hole through the ice capp cup and still handed it to us. Really upset that this is one of the only ones open late still.
The company needs to hire people who can understand and speak English well. I went to Tim Hortons and the service girl messed up my order because of her limited proficiency in English.

Customer service was not up to part. They are making a lot of mistakes. Gloves and proper use of hairnets seem to be optional. Food looks like it is thrown in the bag before handing it over to customer. My favorite company has become really bad. Tim Horton please raise your standards again. Make sure the managers are leading their team to provide excellence just like before.
