Sandwich was all hot lettuce, meat and bread were both soggy. I was so hungry and I couldn't even eat it all. The pickle which I thought at least this should be good was old and soft ,so just think about that for second.
Diane the manager is a major Karen. She wouldn?t honor when I couldn?t pick up my sub on my BIRTHDAY yesterday. The nice employee Janae was kind enough to let me come in today. Diane, being the typical Karen, refused to give me my birthday sub. Wow, typical stereotype. 0/10 customer service, do better Firehouse Subs. Diane was rude, disrespectful, hung up the phone, and deserves to be fired. You lost a long term customer.
I Often visit this location. Today was my last day, the service aren?t the same. The lady Hispanic employee was very, very rude and nasty all because I ask for alittle more onions. She has very bad customer service. She been rude to me on one other occasion as well this ain?t the first time. I hope the general manager make some changes asap.
I ordered two tuna records for me and my daughter. They ran out. I still don't understand how restaurants run from ingredients.
