Great American Cookies - Buford

I always come to the mall here with my friends and when i am here my and my friends get cookies here and it’s so delicious! The food is good and the customer service. Very high quality cookies, the red velvet cookie is the best ??

They offer my kids free cookies sample when I bought cookies cake. I said soft and delicious cookies are here in food court!

My kids love these cookies but they’re on the expensive side. They have raised their prices again but i guess u get what u paid for since these really taste good. Our favorite flavors would be Birthday cake and sugar cookies. We are trying the chocolate chip cookies again to see if we like it but seems like we are still going back to our favorites?

Great American Cookies is the worst! Ordered a cookie cake for mine and my wife's anniversary, not only was it the wrong size but they didn't do the design correctly at all! Did not even offer to fix the problem, only offered excuses!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I believe the name was something along the lines of Kristi but I was at the store on Saturday and she was very polite. She had made a cake for me and she was absolutely welcoming. Her penmanship with the frosting was very neat as well. She had told me she only started working at the beginning of the summer. I was at the store on the lower level and I felt very welcomed. She was very accommodating and very persuasive on purchases. I had been eyeing the cheesecake brownie and she looked and me and said get it i know you want to and nobody will judge you for eating something you 'll enjoy so I bought it. She was extremely nice.
