Feedback gevenAll three employees were really friendly young people. They were in the process of learning the new menu and offered plenty of helpful suggestions. One of the employees was busy with a thorough cleaning, which was great to see—it's clear they care about the store's condition. My husband and I left very happy, and when we got home, our sandwiches were just perfect. This will definitely be my new go-to Subway location. Although I live closer to another one, I prefer the service here.
I believe it's important to share experiences like mine. I called ahead knowing I was cutting it close to closing time, and Jessie answered the phone with exceptional warmth. My recent experiences in the food service industry have varied from terrible to fantastic, especially during these times when everyone is short-staffed, overworked, and stressed. However, the three gentlemen working that night showed none of that. They were absolutely fantastic! They greeted me with smiles and shared light-hearted jokes. We chatted for a few minutes after I placed my order. While making my sandwich, they noticed the bread wasn’t quite right and replaced it without me even asking. The atmosphere and vibe in the restaurant were wonderful, and it was evident that the staff not only enjoyed their work but also respected their shift lead, Jessie. A huge shoutout to the three employees on duty that night! I would definitely go out of my way to eat here again, even though it’s not the closest location to my home.
Jessie and Jayme are fantastic! They were both working tonight and showed such a positive and cheerful demeanor. It's definitely made me want to return to their restaurant. I have an event every Monday night nearby, and I plan to come back again.
Not been to a Subway since a tragedy in my life, but, I was craving subway. This Subway did not disappoint, my sandwich was hitting, on point and I forgot to add double meat like I wanted. But, that sandwich didn't disappoint at all.
I started going to this location last month to get a bite before work. Most Subways that I?ve been to are kind of dirty, disorganized, and the workers don?t seem to care very much. This location is the exact opposite! The store is clean, the team members work together, and genuinely care about your order. They make casual conversation with you and greet absolutely everyone who walks through the door. Everyone is very polite and wants you to leave with a good experience. I genuinely enjoy going to get lunch from this location!
