Feedback gevenThe restaurant Mago Bago is also a training school to show how the different pastas are made. The dough is shown with its different recipes depending whether its Pizza or Pasta. The way in which the dough is rolled, kneaded and otherwise prepared will result in different results. A number of us were shown the intricacies and then were let loose on the production of some pizzas and some pasta dishes (including some sauces for the pasta and toppings for the pizzas). After we had finished, we then sat down in the restaurant to eat what we had made for lunch plus extras that the chef had made which were a little complicated for us. We were then provided with the recipes and awarded a certificate of completion of the Tuscany Cooking Lessons. An excellent way to have lunch.
