I would like to leave a negative review about the service from the administrator. We placed an order, and it took the administrator about 40 minutes to respond. When we finally arrived after 40 minutes, I was shocked to hear that our order wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half.

Terrible service, terrible staff. The waiters are not aware that an appetizer is served first, and then a hot dish. We waited more than 40 minutes for the order to be brought to us, and they began to carry it with a hot one. As a result, they waited for salads after that for another 25 minutes. Ordered 2 drinks brought one after 1 hour, the second drink was not brought. After a few reminders, we bothered to bring the drink after another 40 minutes. No apologies, no courtesy. We visited this establishment on July 8, 2023. We enjoyed the light draft beer, which was very good. The pizza, especially the "Four Cheeses," was delicious, and the "Georgian" salad was also tasty. However, we were disappointed with the borscht. It had a pale color, which wasn't a big issue, but it was watered down, lacking the rich broth flavor we expected. Overall, the service was decent, but the timing of the dishes could use improvement. We specifically asked for ice cream after the pizza, but it was brought out immediately and ended up melting while we waited. The staff were polite. In terms of food quality, I would rate the first course (borscht) a 2, salads a 4, pizza a 5, and desserts a 5 as well. The beer deserves a 5, and the fruit drinks were rated a 4.

Недавно ходили с 1,5 годовалым ребёнком. Порадовало, что есть детское меню. Пусть и небольшое, но это плюс заказали макароны и овощной салат. Ещё нам пошли навстречу, и немного внесли коррективы в блюда, как для взрослых, так и для ребёнка, так как не всё из продуктов можно. За это отдельная благодарность. Посиделки в кафе с малышом прошли хорошо.
