Gruyérien - Bulle

Located in the city center, fairly easy access by car. tasted as pizza, very fine paste and enough to eat. small flat, it is very hot inside because of the pizza oven and no air conditioning. There are many fans but that is not enough. possibility to eat on the terrace. friendly staff

Staff at the taquet, excellent pizzas, the best bubbles, a beautiful wine map. short report - high price excellent.

I keep staying in Bulle 6x a year and Le Gruyerien is my favorite location - I love pizza and they make it really good!

I am frankly surprised by the enthusiasm expressed in the majority of comments. The service is really not terrible, too slow and antipathic employees.As I complained about my dessert (to avoid absolutely ) the server laugh quietly. Pizzas were good but clearly too expensive.What a disappointment.

Greeted by welcoming staff who found us a table despite it being a bank holiday with everyone out for food! Our meals were superb, service was good. Unfortunately, on one of the hottest days, we were too late to eat outside so recommend booking early in future. We didn't have pizzas but they looked superb!
