Starbucks - Bullhead City

The service is friendly and consistently reliable. It may slow down a bit when there’s a long line of customers, but I always enjoy the service here—it's right on target. I'm looking forward to the return of table seating! So far, this kiosk service model, along with others, has outperformed traditional cafes that are limited to indoor seating and drive-thrus. Personally, I prefer this option over places like McDonald’s or the nearby Human Bean, which I can find anywhere.

On our most recent visit, we witnessed a perfect example of outstanding customer service. My wife ordered something costing $X.28, and when she paid with cash, the cashier noticed there wasn't enough change available. Instead of making her worry about it, the cashier simply said, "I have the change, don’t worry about it. It’s taken care of.” This kind of consideration speaks volumes. If a business can't provide the correct change, it shouldn't expect its customers to cover the shortfall for the franchise.

The service here was incredibly quick, and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was surprisingly good for a Starbucks.
