It reminded me of a 60's diner with a modern feel. The menu is pretty extensive, much more so than we would have thought. Generally, in a small place like this, you will only have a few options, not so here. We, of course, ordered our norm a burger and Philly. The place was pretty busy, so we enjoyed the atmosphere and watched some trivia idiot TV.My burger was massive. I couldn't believe all the onion rings and other toppings on there. This is probably a first for me. The young lady was busy, so I started eating my burger without any mayo at all. It was so good without it I wanted to eat the whole thing. Then, you add the rings and fries. Hog heaven! It was a stupendous burger! Thr Philly was just as good as the burger. The meat was tender and juicy. Every time the sandwich was picked up, it was so full meat, and juice fell out.The onion straws and fries were just as good as the sandwiches. All around a fantastic meal.
This is not a five-star joint. The food was not the best, and fried green tomatoes were uncooked. The waitress was friendly and wanted to replace them. I was already done.I recommend they have a new chef and someone to clean the restrooms.
Staff and owner always make you feel like family. Great diner food and they are always looking for new menu items to add.
Best Burgers around. The Texas Burger was HUGE! Homemade and fries were great.
Neighborhood Gem! Great food at a reasonable price. The service is excellent...
