I have a question ! How is one meant to place a order going through your drive through when there is no menu on your display board to order from ? This was at the Bunbury Forum. My husband and I have been there twice now over the past month and the display board still hasn’t changed. Hungry Jacks has now gained two more customers. Good on McDonald’s !
Absolutely disgusting! Went through the drive through to get x3 large chips and had to wait in the line before paying as the car in front of us was having a long chat to the maccas worker through the window! You shouldn't need to wait because people are talking in front of you! By the time we got our chips they were gross and cold! Please try better!
The shift supervisor Coralie on duty today was shouting rudely when handling order collection issues with a food deliverer. I feel that the food deliverer is a customer too thus the shift supervisor should have given a better customer service. Also notice that my usual ice caramel deluxe coffee taste awful, diluted, and has no flavour. Poor service even worse poor drink.
Bins overflowing, no hand sanitizer, noisy from tv, radio, voices and constant beeping from an alarm if some sort. No paper in machine to get your order ticket number. As for food wrap was terrible dry, stale, overcooked chicken. Won’t go back.
