We were served by a friendly and knowledgeable young lady today. She made us feel very welcome and thoroughly explained the vegan options. We will definitely be returning for more delicious burritos. Enjoy your time in Melbourne!
The team at this restaurant is extremely friendly and provides excellent customer service. They recommended menu items that perfectly matched the atmosphere of the place. Tonight, I enjoyed a huge burrito served by Josh and Chloe.
Probably the worst Zambreros experience I’ve had. I’ve been coming to Zambreros ever since it opened (5+ years) and have been to plenty stores and never had the problems I had today. I’m vegetarian and always order the vego option. I ordered the nachos and was told I would have to pay an extra 50c for rice although I’ve never had to pay for it elsewhere, that was fine I paid. However, upon going to just get some of the salsas which I normally get all 3 I was rudely told I could only get the tomato otherwise these would incur extra costs. Now I don’t have a problem paying for extras when required but I do have a problem when I have NEVER had to pay for them at any other store even this one where I’ve been before. The guy didn’t care to advise why this store was the only one to charge for all these things that normally come free and basically just shrugged it off. Not to mention, the food wasn’t any good at all. He slammed the lid on my nachos with attitude. There needs to be some consistency across all stores.
Ordered via Uber and paid for extra avo in my burrito and didn’t have any. Ordered at 6:30 and food didn’t arrive until 8:15 despite saying 20-30 min turnaround. Tried calling but the phone was not answered (went to voicemail multiple times) Very disappointed
