Fuji Sushi

Awesome sushi joint. With good service and good sushi. The plates are presented well. I was able to try sea urchin. And everything was good. The mochi was awesome. And serves with whipped cream, which made it better. And good hot saki as well. I would recommend it.

The best sushi rolls, fresh, inventive combinations, try the honey wasabi mayo and the shrimp goyza! My favorite rolls are the Amazing, Rachel, Sunrise!

The sushi is always fresh, wait staff is always nice and polite, service is always quick!! They have a great selection of food to pick from!! The spicy garlic edamame is delicious!

Our server was sweet and kind, very helpful and attentive! The plum wine is sweet but deceptively alcoholic. The hot sake was a nice and potent treat with a refreshing flavor. The vegetable tempura was absolutely delicious and well portioned. They were very respectful of our food allergies! And the sushi was very filling, clean, delicious and well crafted artworks! And, gooooooodness!! The desserts are SO worth it!!
