Slow service, manager decided to count register while customers waiting in line, I ordered double chicken salad got a few pieces of chicken and mostly lettuce, it seems most if not all el pollo locos are doing the same thing. Very disappointed.

Good food with fast and friendly service and fair prices. Grabbed a take out Chicken meal which was very good with tasty sides. Loved it.

Worst experience ever.. please check your receipts I ordered 2 items from the $5 dlls menu and the ticket came up for $15.69.. They have to respect their prices.. Calling Authorities.. I spoke to the manager and ticket was the same.. pretty weird they were not taking cards ?only cash?

The new Birria Box is not worth $9... 2 crunchy tacos, consome and chips. Looking at the price I expected the tacos to be bigger, they are super small basically street taco size, the bag of chips was very small and came with 6 chips total. Teddys Red Tacos in Los Angeles made this style of dipping the tacos super popular all over LA the last few years. You will get more for your money if you just go support a local street vendor, plus you will get that authentic taste. This is the 1st and last time I'll eat this over priced meal. Oh and forgot to add, the consome was half way full, not as advertised at all.
