Starbucks - Burbank

It's about the building, but they're open! the sau is clean, cool and quiet. batistas are nice and friendly. So if you need a moment from a crazy day, stop!

Good drinks to hangout. I went there to get a drink in a long time and kelsey was very helpful and friendly that they made a compliment to my necklace.

When I came in today and picked up my order, I asked a simple question to make sure drink was made correctly. Barista responded rudely and In sarcastic way like she had no time to speak to customers. They weren't even busy. That is no way to speak to customers. Barista is not good at customer service. Starbucks needs to do a better job at training Baristas in customer service and how to speak to customers.

One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve gone to in LA. The employees are so nice and they always get your drink right. Super clean location too.

An average Starbucks, decent service, but 4 stars because it's right off the freeway
