Starbucks - Burbank

The wait for mobile orders is consistently longer than promised. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes and even had to ask for my drink. When it was finally handed to me from behind the bar, there was no label on the cup and no announcement was made. There was no apology either, despite the fact that the staff seemed to be adequately present. I won't be returning to this place.

I absolutely love this place! They create high-quality drinks, prepare them quickly, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

This Starbucks has some truly amazing and friendly baristas. Even though the indoor seating is currently closed, I still feel a cozy atmosphere when I order my coffee. They are strictly following all safety measures, and customers are adhering to the protocols as well. It’s a wonderful spot with a welcoming team.

This location is pretty good. They work fast and try have your order as soon as possible. Only down side is the size of this location. It is on the smaller side so it doesn't fit as many people and during covid they could accommodate 3 people inside as there is not enough space for more people to be in at the same time wile maintaing 6 feet

Love the staff! They are always friendly! And they always make drinks perfect one of the best Starbucks in town! I don't like going to other locations, because you usually don't get the same service. Justin is awesome too, so much hospitality and friendly.
