Most often, products are missing (last 2 months: out of 4 times I went, 3 times the articles (between 2-6 articles, even seasonal vegetables and milk) I wanted were not available, once I even bought an article whose date of expiry had been more than a month ago) You might get friendly staff but you 'd rather meet unfriendly staff. Take care on the expiry dates, they are often in the past. Recently, I terminated my Supercard because of this place. Update: The staff has become very rude now they are creating a new shop. This is comprehensible as they got a lot of noise and only a small part of the supermarket is available until December (about 1/3 of the products). On the pro side, it is usually quite empty because nobody wants to go there anymore.

Big supermarket in Burgdorf, top two along with the Migros Neumarkt. Has pretty much everything you need. Mainly food, but basic household items as well. Speedy checkout (passabene) available. Has a restaurant and a kiosk directly adjacent to the store. Has parking below, with lifts. Spacious store.

We were rudely chased away by Coop staff after we consumed ice cream (bought in the Coop) on the seats set up there.

Just horrible service, they simply don't want to clean! Simply outrageous and being harassed while eating
