Feedback gevenI ordered food online and received a confirmation, but when I got to the restaurant, they told me my order wasn't available. No one seemed concerned, and the online customer service said the order was ready on time. I couldn't cancel and leave because there was no option for that. I suggest ordering in person at the restaurant because the online experience and management were awful.
I like eating at Chipotle, but I wouldn't suggest visiting the Mowry location in Fremont. I've had multiple negative experiences at this particular restaurant - they are frequently out of items and the service is subpar. During my most recent visit, when I ordered a veggie bowl, the person preparing it forgot to add guacamole and only mentioned it casually when I asked. It feels like the staff expects customers to ask about unavailable items before ordering. It would be more helpful if they put up a sign or informed customers beforehand. Overall, the management at this location is lacking.
