New Yong Kang Seafood - Burgoon

A recent return to a local favorite. Prices are higher and a 15 percentservice charge is added. Decor hasn't changed but more importantly, neither has the food. Given how they do better with stir fry (as in chowh...like chow fun) and deep fried items like salt and pepper pork or fish) eating there is better than getting takeout and eating at home or wherever. The deep fried pork chops and fish came out crispy and piping hot with minimal grease. These are their signature dishes. Green onion beef, bitter melon beef and that infamous jalapeño and pork stir fry dish are just as good as before. Portions are slightly bigger and the 2 new waitresses are more attentive. Overall a good experience. We will return.

I'd give this restaurant ten stars if I could. A huge range of dishes at a very affordable price. I've been back many times and still not exhausted my food choices.
