In the letter says there are vegan options, but noodles are egg, the bao carry egg and there is no choice to change for other types of noodles. The waitress asked us if we didn't mind eating egg noodles. They're vegetarian options and there's no vegan choice. We had to go.
Japochina fusion restaurant specializing in ramen. Although there are few vegetarian and vegan options, they have “a dish of each type”: a very delicious vegetable ramen with option to remove the egg, yakisoba with vegetables and several entries: apple gyozas, vegetable bao. the place is very cool both inside and outside, an old redecorating place, and the staff was very attentive.
Several vegan options. I had yakisoba vegetal and it tasted very good!
Cute little spot in downtown Burgos! Although not a vegan restaurant, vegan items are clearly labeled on the menu. Vegan options include ramen, gyozas and yakisoba noodles (I think they also had some vegetarian options, but these were not labeled). I tried the yakisoba noodles and they were good! The staff were friendly and the place was lovely decorated. I read on their Facebook page that they were temporarily closed due to repairs, so double check before heading there!
