Ownership needs to step to improve how operations are being executed because the process for serving customers is frustrating online order should not wait 25 minutes in line if the order says it?s ready for pick up. Blonde employee was rude about it. Please 1. Create a separate pick up for online order, it defies logic and operational efficiency. 2. Put signs for people on what to do

Smoothies are good, but the store is the most CONFUSING place I?ve ever been to; Horrible layout(specially because it?s always busy , counters are too high up, I?ve had to tip-toe to grab my drink a few times{I?m 5?2} and service sucks MOST times. Too bad it?s the only place in Burien that has these ??????????? Otherwise I probably wouldn?t order from here just because of the anxiety it causes

This is my go to place for smoothies!!! The smoothies are so delicious and there is a list of add ons that you can add to your drink as well. The energizer is my absolute favorite. They are healthy for you and not loaded with sugar. They have the nutrition facts for the drinks on the wall so you can see what is in each drink. The establishment is always clean every time I go there. They are extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the smoothies they make.

Came in for a smoothie and they were slammed with not only customers inside the store but with call in orders. I witnessed some of the best teamwork while waiting for my drink. Great job guys!

My favorite place for a smoothie! I've tried a bunch of them and every one of them is delicious, filling, and nutritious! Highly recommend. I usually pop in first thing in the morning and the same woman is working, she is always super nice and prompt. I should go more often!
