Hans' German Sausage Deli - Burien

Excellent store for Bavarian food ranging from cammed fish, jars of preserved veggies, house made sausage, baked goods, and candy. Such a gem of a place in Burien. I will be back especially for the sausages.

We just got back from a delicious trip to Berlin and decided to stop by Hans' to recreate some amazing food adventures. They have an excellent selection of wurst, the bockwurst and knockwurst were amazing (the casing is a bit tougher here than in Germany we noticed but still delicious). I wish they had pretzel bread, and sadly they were out of even their rye bread. I sure miss the backerei. We grabbed some dinkelkeks, super good. Their sandwiches and cheese selection are great, their bier and wein are also good. They even have glüwein! Best thing ever in cold winter months. Go check them out! Tschuss!

Always love going to this place. The staff is super friendly and some of them speak German which is a nice touch. The sausage, meat and cheese selection is awesome and they stock all my favourites and more, as well as a good selection of other goodies from the homeland.The only thing I find weird sometimes is the ticket system for the counter. After perusing the store it feels kind of odd to have to go back to the entrance door to pick a number then get in line. So German! And more often than not nobody has one anyway. But that's just a minor thing. Great store, great selection and great people working there!

I completely forgot to take pictures during my visit, but that was partly because I didn't want to get drool on my phone! This German deli is one of my absolute favorite places. It has everything, including wonderful German ladies with whom you can practice your German or reminisce about your childhood. I can never visit often enough, and I always stop by for treats whenever friends or family come in from out of state!

I visit this restaurant as often as I can. They offer a wide variety of meats at the counter. Most of the staff speak German, which is great if you want to practice your language skills. The chocolate selection is simply amazing, and there’s plenty of marzipan. They also have Apfelschorle and Mezzo Mix.
