Feedback gevenToday I went to the restaurant to order 2 subs. It was quite busy at 1pm, but the team worked efficiently and quickly. There was a new employee at the register, it was only his third day and he seemed a bit nervous, but he did a great job greeting customers and making them feel welcome. I believe he will be a valuable addition to the team. The restaurant did a great job hiring and training their staff. Additionally, the food was tasty! Great job overall!
I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant! Every time I order, there is a problem. Last time, my Philly cheesesteak was still raw despite waiting an extra twenty minutes at the store. Today, I had to wait even longer for my order and they substituted an item without asking me first. The workers at this location need to be more efficient and competent. I used to work at Jersey Mike's and know it's not that difficult. I spent almost $50 on a giant and a regular sub, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you need help training your employees, feel free to reach out to me. I have been complaining about this location for almost a year now.
I ordered a Veggie sub through DoorDash and was appalled to find hair throughout the entire sandwich. The poor sanitation and lack of care for the food is unacceptable. I have requested a refund through DoorDash, but incidents like this should never happen. Always remember to check your food before consuming it. Now, I am left without lunch at work. If you look closely, you can see the hair in the food. There were even more issues that I could have captured in a photo, but it was too disturbing.
I would not recommend this location. I went there for a sandwich and was second in line. The gentleman who took my order was super friendly and efficient (white boy). There was another guy in the back working on take out orders. I was in the establishment over 20 minutes and my sandwich never made it to the grill. The guy in the back only put out two orders the entire time. The line was starting to build up, at one point 5 people. The white boy in the front was taking orders, making cold sandwiches, AND working the cash register. He was working super hard and asked the guy in the back to help with hot subs multiple times. The guy in the back made two sandwiches in the same time the guy In the front put 6 /7 people through the line. The entire time my ticket is sitting there waiting for the guy in the back to come up and help. When he FINALLY comes to help, again the line is long and he moves with no sense of urgency. He kept looking all around, walking slow, and not caring that the other guy was working 4x his speed. When the guy in the front asked for help, the guy in the back looked annoyed and rolled his eyes. There was no teamwork. To make it all worse, the manager was just sitting there on her computer. Never once offered help to her team. She wasn’t in a meeting. She sat there and watched the one person be overworked without a care in the world. We need to train managers better, and there was no reason only two people should be on staff around dinner time.
Never order ahead. They are horrible for doing online orders. Never done on te constantly have to wait. Faster to order sandwiches there then pre order. Waited almost 20 minutes after time said on line the order would be ready.
