They gave me raw chicken and the service was so not good I asked for some tickets strips and they took 30

I order the new Smashbowl and got forced into a Famous Bowl. This business must need 2$. 3.49 turned into 5.51

Cold food, greasy chicken, stale fries, hard biscuits.. I was a bit shocked about how fast my large order was ready. But I was just in a rush to get back home. We live less than a mile away! When I got home and called them back, the staff member gaslit me vs seeing how they can make it right. Reheating food in my air fryer isn't ideal $50+ spent, wasted. I see why their drive through and lobby is empty.Is there a manager? Who is going to turn this store around?

54.00 for 12 chicken tender family combo, while the regular bone in chicken was only $20....

Hopefully the broken door glass has been fixed.....chicken wasn't fully cooked...too far to take back....
