I visited this place and found it to be quite deceptive. When you order drinks, they seem to substitute regular milk with alternatives like oat milk, which affects the texture and leaves residue at the bottom. This happened on several occasions. Additionally, they don’t consistently follow order requests, and the taste can vary from day to day, even for the same order. I also noticed that they leave an excessive amount of space at the top of their icy drinks, which is puzzling.

We work for a small business and wanted to treat our employees to a donut breakfast. Alivia was so helpful and went beyond to help us find the cheapest option: This young lady was so gracious and made sure she found us the best choice! We will definitely enjoy this contract and we will be sure again! Thanks Alivia!!!

This restaurant is incredibly slow. On the few occasions I’ve visited, I’ve waited in line for over 30 minutes. The only time the service seems to speed up is when the head manager or owner is present. When they’re not around, the employees mostly just chat. Additionally, the drinks I order are consistently inconsistent; I always get the same thing, yet it never tastes the same. I urge the management to address the speed and efficiency of this place.

This place is horrible slow! When preparing your hot food . They Very slow why because they only have one person cooking or heating heating up the food . But they have so many person working at front checkout preparing the drinks . They should have more one heating up the food so they they 10 minutes every order! I?m so tired of this place ! This not the first time I had this very slow service from them! You need to change your management over this place . They are super slow and gave me frozen cold good . Good thing it?s already pre cook and they just heating up . Please do something with this place !

They mess up our drink orders about as often as they get them right, not a good place for ordering coffee drinks. The donuts are pretty good, but it's far from the best donut place. They have seasonal donuts that are sometimes good. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, though the tortilla in the breakfast wrap is usually stale.
