Ordered pad thai and shrimp fried rice for takeout. The food was missing basic ingredients. It's like they ran out of the scallions, egg and tofu, so they just gave us noodles, shrimp and a sprinkle of bean sprouts. The fried rice was the same. I have never eaten fried rice that didn't have onions. Literally just rice and barely any shrimp. Just embarrassing.
I don't know what happened at this place but this used to be the only thai restaurant I could order pad thai from. Everywhere else is dry and too sweet. But I have ordered several times in the past few months always hoping it was a fluke and no more. This last round was dry as a bone and absolutely tasteless. Probably the worst I have had anywhere. I even asked for extra sauce to mitigate the potential dryness and that was totally ignored. Really a shame. Hopefully they figure this out for future customers. Parking: All good
Food has been declining for a while under new ownership. Sad to see this. Two thirds of our take-out order was wrong, and when I called the restaurant, the woman argued with me about what I ordered. Just lost a long time customer.
We have eaten here quite a bit in the last year or so and it NEVER disappoints. Even my super picky kids love the food. Fan favs are “hanks favorite” the kids fried rice, any rice or noodle dish and the chicken meatball appetizer. The service is ridiculously fast and accommodating. We love eating here and it is a hidden gem and family favorite. Also, I would say kid friendly. I have noticed that no matter how many kids are in the restaurant they are always behaving come to think of it. Food is just that good I guess. Lol.
