TGI FRIDAYS - Burleson

Admitted, it was Christmas at dinner, but they were so overwhelmed. they should only sit as many people as they could serve. we ordered immediately and didn't get any food for almost 2 hours. 3 tables that had more people and sitting after us got a lot of luck before us. They admitted that there was so much food in the kitchen that they could not find out what food went to what table. our food came out and was cold. no beverage refills, no waiter back to tables, etc. terrible experience.

The service was inexpensive. it took a very long time to arrive at our food. it was just not great as I had hoped. 40 min for a meal arrive, 15-20 min to our drinks from the time we ordered and refills were not present

Tomato skins ordered and potato skins with cheese cut and ranch. had to ask that it be added. sing back and came back cold. had to go to get our own cutlery because the hostess didn't give us, even though there were 6 employees standing on the hostess. I ordered my meal and it was also missing the topping. had to wait until I was almost fled before I got it. must be added to our other meal times that we did not ask and was still accused. prawan bad dirty. even the host has been following me outside to ahow that she checked the bathroom for her layer at an hour and that she was busy. dirty tables around us and was an hour and half before cleaning. our waiter was great, but I had never come personal and becused in my face on the parking lot, which I said there, the bathroom is rough. more terrible place and would stay far away. kitchen has to make the meal right, because the waiter loses sharp with order.

Everything was great... I forget out waitresses name but my wife really liked her. Yall should give her a raise.

Server disappear for while came back smelling like hot smoke. That cut they tip because I don't smoke. Do as you please but next time use a stray to defuse the aroma.
