I ordered a four-part dinner, and these offers were the size of the chicken nuggets. If you shrink your chicken please bring the prices together

Absoy the worst Bojangles in North Carolina! Rude employees who believe they don't have my need to even try to do a good job. Almost always from things, they often confuse orders and are unapologetic. When I tried to contact the store, I couldn't get through when I contacted another location on the other side of the city. what do you eat at the maple place? m surprised that you don't get food poisoning, arsenic?t they were closed? To answer that you ask girls, no they were not closed and they continue to serve subpar food. Time to clean house and rent someone who turns around this place, especially as the location is a gold mine with limited options on a relatively busy intersection. I recommend Bojangle's corporate is about this because everyone in this company should see what happens when management has completely failed.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Literally ate there for lunch today and ended up with food poisoning that afternoon/evening. Called the establishment was completely calm about it (even though I had every right to me livid) and the manager hung up on me. So now there will be a visit from the Health Department ASAP. Watch out this could happen to you or your children/family!!!

It was late in the evening and they were short on chicken however the manager made us a deal with the chicken they had left. I was very well pleased with the service. Even though they did not have the chicken I wanted the manager took care of us and made sure our experience was pleasant.

Incredibly rude in the window, would not listen to our order and again and again the wrong element. Do you have arguments with my partner, and said ?we don?t have chicken sandwiches by 10:00?, when it was 9:58. Had?t even around to try the food, just ran away because of the increasing rude/annoyed attitude of the person on the window. We also tried to be polite and reasonable, but this person clearly had a day?, and instead of potentially escalating, it was better to just go. It seems to have a staff/management problem quite consistent. In the past, when others have taken my order from this place, objects (hazardous) have been understated. I suggest waiting for about 4 exits and meeting the next Bojangles near Gibsonville. Nicer, better prepared.
