Boogaloo Sports Grill - Burlington

The wings were served cold, and our waitress seemed a bit disoriented. She brought our drinks and took our order, but we didn’t see her again until she came with the check. Another staff member delivered our food. Because of the lack of service, she unfortunately didn't receive a tip.

My husband and I approached the host stand to be seated, but the two girls at the desk didn’t acknowledge us at all. After about three minutes of waiting, I finally asked if we could be seated, as I have multiple sclerosis and have difficulty standing for long periods. Their response was, "We're trying to find a table," even though there were plenty of open ones. Their lack of professionalism as our first point of contact was disappointing; in my line of work, they would have been fired for such behavior.

The service was satisfactory, but the food tasted low-quality, similar to what you might find at a discount store, and it was overpriced.

Party of three. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. Sat there for an hour. Never got my food. Made it right by taking 10% off my bill. Smh

The party pizza was huge! The kids loved seeing that big pizza. Was also delicious! We ordered 30 mins ahead of sitting down at the restaurant and the pizza came out right away. It was perfect!
