My list of Favs is endless about Digger’s rest! Family ran, wonderful people! Best coffee in town... even if I enjoy a pound at home, taste as I had done. Good for quality and quantity... lots of great things on the menu, but my favorites are the quiche, fruit-protein smoothie, and the avocado and toast, so good... especially with an amaretto latte! Since it is a family business, it is one where you need to allow time as they work hard and take care of providing for their customers! Very recommended!

Truly some of the best Thai food in the world. After traveling to Thailand and trying loads of delicious, authentic Thai cuisine, Digger’s still stands out as having some of the best Thai food in the world. This is no joke. The egg rolls are spectacular—it’s nearly impossible to find any that are better. And the entrees are constantly changing; they’re always exciting, robust in flavor. Simply exquisite. I dream of Digger’s Rest Thai food. The coffee is great, too!
