Domino's Pizza - Burlington

I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for a long time. I suppose I can give one star for the fact that the food always arrives hot and fresh. However, the service at this location is absolutely terrible. There seems to be no standard for how customers are treated here. I've noticed rats in the basement, which they completely ignore, and the cleanliness is unacceptable. The staff doesn’t wash their hands before handling the pizza, and they do so without gloves. I understand that the pizza will be baked afterward, but who knows what they could be touching before they just throw their keys in their pocket, clock in, and head straight to the pizza with bare hands? I don't often write reviews, but when I do, it's because something has compelled me to speak out.

We've ordered from this restaurant many times over the past couple of years, and the quality has generally been good and reliable. However, tonight's experience was terrible. There was an issue with our order; everything was covered in an overwhelming spice. Even the garlic knots were too hot to enjoy. I attempted to call for a refund, but the person on the other end hung up on me when I accidentally interrupted him. I didn't mean to be rude—my apologies for that.

The chicken wings were truly inedible. They were soggy and mushy, with a slimy texture that made them the most repulsive dish I've ever encountered.

Update: they also correspond to the service. I never had a delivery lasted more than 20 minutes after my order (drilled bun, pineapple, bbq, thin crispy crust in photo. I ate the sandwich already. Grilled Chin is awesome 20 minutes from ordering on my app to arrive at my eating at the door, 2 nights in order. tons coupons for every palate, every budget and every family. everything was hot and fresh, even after delivery. Pizza tracker is the coolest ever. I have knocked domino a lot, it is often compared with sitting Italian restaurants. I wasn't a fan at all. However, I ordered pizza and sandwiches two nights behind each other, and both of them have hit it out of the park!

Everything I ordered arrived nice and hot. I shared everything with my neighbor, and the food was absolutely delicious and arrived quickly. I appreciate the wonderful experience—thank you!
