Dunkin' - Burlington

The service was excellent, but there were communication issues regarding the order.

On our way to pick out a Christmas tree, we decided to stop for a quick coffee. This Dunkin’ is fantastic! It’s our go-to stop whenever we head to the Jersey Shore. I actually prefer Dunkin’s latte over Starbucks.

Clean business, nice selection of donuts and sandwich options. Hot coffee.

They didn't fill our order correctly, so we had to go back through the drive-thru to resolve the issue since their store wasn't open yet. I've attached a picture showing what I received compared to what I was supposed to get. Additionally, they forgot to give us our donuts the first time.

I can?t tell you how many times I have come here and my order is not correct, they don?t have what I want (out of the whatever I ordered) or they are completely rude! What happened to this place it used to be nice to come here a few months ago. I wish someone from the corporate office would get in touch with me. This place is a disaster and something needs to be done.
