Feedback gevenEvery time I visit, my food either arrives cold or is incorrect. They even took my phone to redesign my mobile order. Without my phone, I had to eventually speak with a manager. I waited 20 minutes for my fries, which were still cold when they finally arrived. While I was waiting, I received a notification on my phone about a device connecting to it; I assume they were trying to access my card information without my face recognition. I don’t recommend this place. I attempted to call for a response, but since I didn’t hear back, I decided to write this review instead.
--- The service was incredibly disappointing. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes, during which everyone who arrived after me received their food before I did. The staff treated me poorly and even laughed at my frustration, which felt disrespectful and discriminatory. Once I finally lost my patience, they started giving me orders instead of addressing my concerns. After three incorrect orders, they gave me the wrong food again, so I ended up leaving without anything to eat. In the end, I saw them throw away my order instead of serving it, so I handed it over to a homeless person. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I do not recommend this place.
I paid $5 for a latte that tastes like nothing but pure milk, with just a hint of caramel. I ordered a double espresso, but I can barely taste it. On top of that, we never received our food because the line for our mobile order took so long that it was past 10:30 when we finally reached the speaker. I think I've officially had enough of McDonald's.
Went to mcdonald’s at 3am and ordered 2 quarter peers and the first job was so raw that it was cold in the middle and dripping blood and I went back and the dame was nice and gave me another job and it was again raw, cold in the middle and was so pink. cook must be changed dame in the theke was nice tho
One of the worst experiences ever. Service was zero stars. People dancing and yawning but unable to communicate. So called manager canceled my order after I was driving around finding where to pay. Unapologetic. Second manager at least apologized and got me my order. Excuse was they are understaffed. I was the only car there when I drove up. Sorry, new building does not make up for bad service.
